GAP, GapBody, GapKids, BabyGap - Riverwalk MallLocated at the Riverwalk Mall in New Orleans, Louisiana, this multi-concept retail space encompasses 21,000 square feet. This project demonstrates the thought process from schematic design and design development through construction completion. The scope of work included site identification, bubble/block diagrams, feasibility studies, code and mall criteria review, design development and construction administration.A project of this size also included review of unexpected site
conditions, collaborating with the Landlord to address concerns
and develop site specific details. Post-construction site visits
were used to verify that the design intent was delivered successfully,
and any site-specific design changes were reviewed and documented
for future designs. |
