T4 Spa Concepts & Design

Commercial Design Interiors, LLC was approached by T4 Spa Concepts & Design to develop a new spa concept for roll-out to individual franchise locations throughout the country. The design strategy leverages the fixture manufacturing strengths of T4 and showcases multiple designs through the change of paint schemes and interior finishes. This design strategy followed simple concepts:

1. Develop a “turn-key” design solution showcasing products manufactured by T4 Spa Concepts & Design.
2. Produce a hypothetical schematic design that can be configured into various lease outlines.
3. Showcase contemporary new finishes designed exclusively for the new concept.
4. Introduce an “A La Carte” paint scheme to expand the versatility of the new design strategy.
