Thanh Thanh Vietnamese Cuisine

Thanh Thanh, a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant located in New Orleans, Louisiana, retained the services of Commercial Design Interiors, LLC to reevaluate their current design and customer experience.  In addition, Thanh Thanh is developing a franchise strategy and was in need for a design that is distinct, but flexible.  With these project objectives, a design strategy was developed to meet the operational, design and scheduling needs and was successfully implemented within the short timeline allowed. The design strategy included:

• New dining experience blending new finishes, custom designed millwork and custom visual graphics.
• Asian influences to connect to “Vietnamese” culture and cuisine, but in untraditional means; contemporary bamboo screens, custom super graphics portray rural Vietnamese life and sculptures of traditional Vietnamese icons.
• Develop experiences that can be utilized in various configurations for use in future franchise locations.
